Denis Gonçalves

Originally from France, Denis Gonçalves joined the CANADEST team in October 2022 as a business broker. His mission is to represent CANADEST in the province of Quebec. He is very familiar with this province. He decided to settle there with his family since 2010.

Throughout his career, between France and Canada, he has taken on different jobs. He started in the IT sector until he became a manager of several companies, belonging to various sectors of activity. Thanks to his professional background, he has built an strong network of business professionals (entrepreneurs, lawyers, bankers, etc.).

In recent years, before joining the CANADEST team, he specialized in the acquisition and sale of companies in a personal capacity or through mandates from investors on both sides of the Atlantic. As an expert in SME brokerage, he ensures the success of the business transfer by accompanying and advising both parties involved, sellers and buyers, until the closing of the transaction. In November 2022, Denis obtained a certification in Business Transfer Management, certification from the Leadership Institute in collaboration with the “Centre de Transfert d’Entreprise du Québec” (CTEQ).

After years of experience in key positions in business management, Denis has developed expertise and specialized skills that he puts to work for his clients. His consultative approach and keen business sense make him a first-rate professional who understands the reality of the needs of the parties involved and has the appropriate tools to successfully negotiate the transfer of businesses under the seal of confidentiality.
