Camille McLaughlin was born and raised in Tracadie, New Brunswick. Father and grandfather, his son and daughter now live in Quebec.
He graduated from the University of Moncton in Business Administration (BBA) with specialization in accounting. His visionary quality leads him to complete two master's degrees in public administration is (MAP) and in education (MEd).
He began his career as a manager in post-secondary education at community colleges. Attracted by entrepreneurship, he managed different Businesses including restaurants and a training company to adults in parallel with his career in education. Camille was able to share with this entrepreneurial dynamism flame with peers as a consultant and his students for both university and college through mentoring and as a teacher.
With its licensed real estate agent in New Brunswick, he was appointed Senior Business Analyst (SBA) with the International Society for business analysis and approved by Machinery and Equipment Appraiser (CMEA). He became Certified Specialist in business transfers (CBTS) and Certified Business intermediary (CBI) making him the only bilingual licensed business broker in the Atlantic provinces.
Still very active in the business since 2011, he has developed expertise in the brokerage business, which allows it to be active in that field on the provincial, national and international.
Mr. McLaughlin provides expertise to entrepreneurs hoping to sell, transfer or acquire a business. As a consultant, he is committed to prepare and establish the fair market value (FMV) of the Business under the transaction.

Originally from France, Denis Gonçalves joined the CANADEST team in October 2022 as a business broker. His mission is to represent CANADEST in the province of Quebec. He is very familiar with this province. He decided to settle there with his family since 2010.
Throughout his career, between France and Canada, he has taken on different jobs. He started in the IT sector until he became a manager of several companies, belonging to various sectors of activity. Thanks to his professional background, he has built an strong network of business professionals (entrepreneurs, lawyers, bankers, etc.).
In recent years, before joining the CANADEST team, he specialized in the acquisition and sale of companies in a personal capacity or through mandates from investors on both sides of the Atlantic. Marc Richard is a Chartered Accountant who obtained his CA designation in 1990. He has had an exceptional career as a financial controller. He officially joined the CANADEST team in May 2023 as a business broker. Originally from Bathurst, New Brunswick, he has always wanted to promote his province by working there. After four years at UNB in Fredericton, Marc decided to come home to the Chaleur region to start his career and raise a family. Being well established and popular in the region, he has the ideal profile to represent CANADEST in this part of the province.
This exceptional collaborator has held the position of financial controller for several companies in Bathurst. His ability to coordinate the preparation of financial statements and other business case reports gives him the ability to assess the financial health of a company. As Marketing and Training Coordinator, Mouna Tounsi is in charge of the marketing aspect of CANADEST. She joined the team in October 2021, after spending many years between Belgium, Tunisia, Canada and the Ivory Coast.
Mouna is distinguished by her professional background. Throughout her career, she has specialized in digital marketing, even teaching it at the ISTC Polytechnic University in Abidjan. She also participated in the implementation of the e-commerce website of the company TUNISAIR under the assistance of the European aircraft manufacturer Airbus. With more than 15 years of international experience in marketing, she brings her professionalism to CANADEST.
She is currently developing and implementing a global digital marketing strategy to promote CANADEST's brokerage services. Her Master's degree in Marketing gives her all the skills required to ensure the communication campaigns on the various social media of the company (newspapers, social networks, etc.). She designs, writes and posts content such as teasers and blog articles. In addition, Mouna is in charge of the relationship with potential clients/leads in order to put them in contact with CANADEST brokers. She is also responsible for developing confidential company profiles and business plans.
She works closely with the entire CANADEST team to ensure the operational follow-up of ongoing projects and would be happy to recommend you to CANADEST business brokers.
