Josée Frenette joined the team at COURTIERS D’ENTREPRISES CANADEST INC. at the end of 2024. A graduate of the New Brunswick Community College (NBCC/CCNB) with a diploma in Administrative Professional : Health Services (French: Secrétariat Médical) in 2010, Josée stands out for her professionalism and administrative efficiency—qualities that bring immense value to the team.

From 2011 to 2023, Josée chose to pause her professional career to devote herself fully to her family and raising her three children. This period of her life allowed her to develop key skills in organization, time management, and communication, abilities she now brilliantly uses for the company with great success. During those years, she also served as the manager of her children’s baseball team, putting her talents in coordination, planning, and communication to good use. This enriching experience provided her with transferable skills that she applies daily in her role at CANADEST.

Her return to the workforce came with contagious enthusiasm and unwavering commitment. Josée plays a central role in ensuring the smooth administrative operations at CANADEST.
